Overview

I had the opportunity to design a multi-channel auto loan campaign for Sierra Pacific Credit Union, focused on helping members feel confident and informed during one of their biggest purchasing decisions. The goal was to create a campaign that felt human and approachable while maintaining the trust and clarity essential in the financial space.

Research & Inspiration

To begin, I immersed myself in Sierra Pacific’s brand standards, messaging, and member-focused values. Auto loan advertising often leans heavily into urgency or complexity, so I focused on finding a balance, designing visuals that felt energetic and engaging without overwhelming the viewer. Understanding where and how the campaign would live helped guide decisions around layout, hierarchy, and adaptability.

Campaign Design

The visual system was built around hand-made illustrations combined with real-world, dynamic imagery to communicate movement, momentum, and personal progress. Each design choice was made with clarity in mind, ensuring that key information remained front and center while still allowing the campaign to feel visually compelling and human. Flexibility was essential, allowing the campaign to scale seamlessly across formats while maintaining consistency.

To extend the life of the campaign, I developed seasonal iterations that refreshed illustrations and imagery, color accents, and supporting elements while preserving the core visual framework. This approach allowed the campaign to evolve throughout the year, staying timely and relevant without sacrificing brand consistency or recognition.

Print & Production

In addition to digital placements, the campaign included print and in-branch materials that required careful attention to production details. I prepared vendor-ready files that adhered strictly to print specifications, ensuring accuracy from design through final output. Maintaining brand consistency while meeting tight deadlines was a critical part of the execution process.

Launch & Impact

As the campaign rolled out across digital and physical spaces, it created a cohesive presence that supported Sierra Pacific’s auto loan offerings with clarity and confidence. The final work delivered a polished, consistent experience across all touchpoints while staying true to the credit union’s member-first approach.
